A popular brand has recalled multiple porridge products from UK supermarket shelves after fears of possible contamination at its manufacturing site.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) issued an alert following a warning from MOMA Foods, which specialises in porridge and oat-based products. The recall affects a range of porridge pots and sachets after concerns they could contain "mouse contamination", making them "unsafe to eat".
In its official notice, the FSA said: "Moma Foods is recalling various porridge pots and sachet products because of possible mouse contamination at the manufacturing site. These products may contain mouse contamination making them unsafe to eat."
The recall covers nine different products, including popular flavours such as almond butter and salted caramel, apple and cinnamon, blueberry and vanilla, and banana and peanut butter. The full list of recalled products can be found below:

A spokesperson for MOMA Foods apologised for the issue and confirmed that action had been taken.
The spokesperson said: "Any consumers who have purchased affected MOMA porridge products are asked not to consume them. Instead, they should return the products to the store where they were purchased and a full refund will be issued."
